The Bransbury Park family butchers are an institution in Southsea. Attracting long queues of regular clients who know a good sausage when they find one.

But it wasn’t till I spotted them on the menu at the Travellers Joy in Emsworth that I sat up and took note. The Bransbury Cumberland Sausages & Mash, served on creamy Maris Piper mash & garden peas, topped with red wine onion gravy.

Reason enough to start asking questions.
